**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Freight Broker at our Noida office. The Freight Broker will be responsible for various tasks associated with the role, including; freight brokerage, brokerage account management, dispatching, and customer service to generate business and build relationships with customers. The Freight Broker will also need to establish carrier relationships and rate negotiations with transportation providers. They will also be required to manage the transportation providers and maintain records of each shipment.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of freight brokerage
- Experience in brokerage, account management, and customer service
- Knowledge and experience in dispatching
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral and highly detail-oriented
- Able to negotiate and establish carrier relationships while maintaining and building relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics software programs such as TMS, carrier websites, and tracking software
- Able to work independently, multitask, and be a team player
- Must be familiar with freight regulations and transportation laws

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
