**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads, attract new prospects, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and select reputable and safe freight carriers for shipments.
- Provide shipping quotes and book orders with carriers.
- Assist in preparing carriers for loads and coordinate pickups and drop-offs.
- Monitor the status of shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Work closely with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities.
- Update customers on shipment statuses and address their inquiries promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and brokerage, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
