Urgent Hiring,
Urgently we are hiring for Freight broker/team leader for reputed industry based in Noida and Gurugram, Budget 5-8LPA, US shift time, 5days working
Job Responsibilities
- Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
- Providing customers with shipping quotes;
- Booking orders with carriers.
- Assisting to prepare carriers for loads, Tracking status of loads.
- Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections
- Keeping accurate records of relevant activities.
- Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace.
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation
- Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing
- Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate or PG in relevant field
- Work Experience - Minimum 1-5years Freight Brokerage (US Logistics)

Skills Required
- Team Player, Good Interpersonal Skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
