**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at First Connect Worldwide. The Freight Broker will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks including brokerage, account management, dispatching, and customer service. The Freight Broker will also be responsible for negotiating rates, arranging transportation, and tracking shipments to ensure timely deliveries. The Freight Broker will work closely with customers and carriers to ensure that their expectations are met.

**Qualifications**
- Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
- Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Dispatching skills
- Experience in negotiation and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
