**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a dynamic and persuasive Freight Broker to join our US logistics operations. You’ll be the bridge between shippers and carriers, ensuring smooth deliveries, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential shippers and onboard them into our network
- Schedule and confirm pickup/delivery appointments for seamless freight movement
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and efficient transportation
- Maintain strong relationships with both shippers and carriers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Negotiate rates and resolve any delivery issues proactively
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in US freight brokerage or logistics preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with freight management systems is a plus
