**Sales Coordinator - FMCG**
Location: Kolkata (Everest House)
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a sales team of 5+ members to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports using Excel.
- Drive on-field sales activities, client interactions, and market expansion.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets worth ₹50 crores in the FMCG domain.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 5-7 years as a Sales Manager (preferably in FMCG).
- **Leadership**: Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 members.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 7:00 pm), Saturday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).
- **Field Work**: Willingness to travel for business and client meetings.
- **Performance**: Prior experience handling sales worth ₹50 crores in FMCG.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and target-driven approach.
