**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and execute **events, campaigns, and activities** to promote the school and attract potential admissions.
- Conduct **door-to-door visits** to interact with parents and generate leads for prospective students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to address inquiries and provide necessary information about the school.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.
- Maintain a proper database of collected leads and follow up as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to **engage with parents and build trust**.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct **on-ground marketing activities**.
- Prior experience in **sales, marketing, or customer relations** is an advantage.
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
