**Role Overview**
The **Training & Development PM Co-ordinator** is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of training programs aligned with organizational needs. The specialist supports training delivery, and administrative functions to enhance employee skills.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Training Operation & Management**
- End-to-end coordination of technical and non-technical training programs
- Facilitate smooth execution of sessions including trainer & participant management
- Maintain and update training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports
- Engage with stakeholders, trainers, and learners confidently during connects
- Support learning assessments, feedback analysis, and reporting
- Partner with internal teams to manage logístical and operational aspects of L&TD initiatives
- Ensure timely communication and documentation related to learning programs
**Job Skill & Role Performance**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in handling stakeholder connects and live session support
- Familiarity with program coordination tools and MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a hybrid work setting
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Post-graduate degree in any stream (preferably HR, Business, Education, or related fields)
- Graduates with 2 years of experience from BBA, B.Tech backgrounds
- 2-3 years of experience in training coordination or specialist roles
- Experience in corporate training environments preferred
