**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Generate and qualify leads through direct contact, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct field visits, make cold calls, and set up meetings with potential clients to promote products and services.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials where necessary to drive sales.
- **Sales Targets & Performance**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager or company.
- Track sales performance and report progress to management, ensuring KPIs are met.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to effectively position the company’s products/services.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the management for product improvements or marketing strategies.
- **Sales Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update accurate sales records, customer information, and activity logs using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Address objections and concerns from clients to drive successful conversions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotional activities in the field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
