If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a UX designer on the Microsoft Turing team in Hyderabad, India.

The Turing team is responsible for building the core AI capabilities that power various Microsoft products and services, such as Bing, Cortana, Office, and Dynamics. Our mission is to make machines literate and we are looking for a UX designer who can help us design and deliver user-centric and scalable AI solutions.

As a UX designer on the Turing team, you will collaborate with researchers, engineers, product managers, and other designers to understand the user needs, define the design vision, and create engaging and effective user interfaces for our AI products and platforms. You will also conduct user research, testing, and feedback to validate and iterate on your designs. You will have a thorough grounding in user experience best practices and be able to identify and analyze future UX and technology trends.

**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand the user problems, goals, and requirements for AI products and platforms.

Create and communicate design concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that align with the user needs and the product vision.

Conduct user research, testing, and feedback to evaluate the usability, accessibility, and satisfaction of the design solutions.

Incorporate data, insights, and best practices to inform and improve the design decisions and outcomes.

Advocate for the user perspective and design excellence throughout the product development process.

Collaborate and share your design expertise and feedback with other designers and cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with and answer questions from Engineering to aid in successful design implementation and perform question-and-answer forums (QAs) to help them ensure "pixel perfect" or detailed designs. Work with developers to iterate further on designs during implementation to ensure optimal designs.

Convey work to peers and managers within the team so that the audience understands. Set context for stakeholders. Help organize communication with cross-disciplinary teams inside and across through all stages of design and development. Own communication for what you are doing in a proactive way.

**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor's Degree or higher in UX design, product design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience where you can demonstrate design thinking to solve problems.

A strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate your design process, skills, and impact.

Proficiency in popular design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience in conducting user research, testing, and feedback using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

A passion for AI and a curiosity for exploring new and emerging user needs and scenarios.

A passion for design and creating exceptional user experiences.
