Mid-Level UX Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and user requirements.
- Assist in conducting user research to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Work on user interface (UI) design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Support the team in usability testing and feedback gathering.
- Contribute to the overall design process and participate in design reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as UX/UI design, graphic design, or a related discipline.
- Strong 1-2 years portfolio showcasing projects or coursework related to UX design.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
