**About the Job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to develop, evangelize and execute the creative/UX strategy.
- Facilitate a user-centred and data-driven design approach to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions to rapidly test and iterate.
- Facilitate the entire design delivery: strategic definition, concepting, prototyping, detailed UX/UI, research participation, documenting and testing of experience balancing user research/needs with business objectives/challenges.
- Design UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products as well as translate user needs, patterns, information architecture, process flows.
- Independently work on design deliverables - wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Lead design-tech discussions to implement feasible and user-centric design solutions to enable end-to-end delivery by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Challenge current thinking across the enterprise, pushing boundaries and driving change that will deliver exceptional user-centric experiences.
- Identify opportunities to modernize our product design.

**Requirements**:

- 2-6 years of relevant experience as a UX designer
- Degree in a design-related field and/or recognised UX / UI certifications.
- Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, Front end coding
- Knowledge of UX-related analytics, metrics, and measurement techniques
- The problem-solving mindset with an ability to come up with creative ideas. A portfolio of work that showcases a process-driven user experience design approach, from concept to completion in an agile development process.
- Experience conducting research using different research methodologies Basic understanding of analytics and data and using them to drive design decisions.
- Experience in multitasking, prioritising projects and communicating across teams
