**Mandatory skills**:
Underwriting (Income, Credit) of US Mortgage process

End to end underwriting

4C’s (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collaterals)

Asset Doc Analysis, Credit Analysis, Income Analysis, Appraisal Analysis

Income calculations

**Job Description**:

- Total work experience of 2+ years Experience in US Mortgage origination and servicing domain
- Excellent analytical skills, decision making and communication skills
- Working knowledge of US Mortgage - Underwriting, Post Close, Income calculations (self-employed, Wage Earner, SSI, Rental, Pension/Retirement, Annuity incomes) and CFPB, FHA, FNMA & other regulatory/state specific requirements.
- Responsible for meeting client SLA’s
- Understanding of mortgage lending principles and products
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize work independently and to also contribute to the overall success of the team
- at personal and professional level
- Good comprehension English written & verbal communication skills
- Flexible with Shift timings

**Experience**:

- US Mortgage and Underwriting: 2 years (preferred)
- 4C Frame works or 4C's: 2 years (required)
- End to End Underwriting: 1 year (required)
