**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end underwriting processes, primarily focusing on conventional loans with various types of wages.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of FHA and VA guidelines (preferred but not required).
- Accurately calculate different types of income for loan underwriting.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in underwriting, especially with conventional loans.
- Strong understanding of income calculation methods.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
