**Bridging Technologies is hiring for Chat Support Executive**:
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year

**Location**: Mohali

We are looking for Chat Support Executive who provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. They should be individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of customer issues reported & direct customer toward solutions
- Provide prompt & accurate feedback to customers.
- Taking ownership of technical issues & resolving them.
- Improve organization’s overall functionality and efficiency.
- Keep track of requests and make sure they are implemented as planned.

**Requirements**:

- Should be flexible with rotational Shifts.
- Manageable or Good English Communication Skills.
- Experience in BPO (1-5yrs) can apply.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or relevant degree.
- Experience working in US Chat process (atleast 1yr)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
