**Roles and responsibilities**
- Big Bore wellhead equipment-18 ¾”
- Mudline hangers
- Ensure all procedures and JSAs are in place. If you revise a JSA with ‘Best Practices’ or procedures, pass the information to the HSE department.
- To ensure pre-job meetings are held. Review procedures and JSAs with all parties involved prior to commencing work.
- Coordinate the refurbishment and repair of KOP tools and equipment as required.
- To inspect, repair and maintain customer-owned KOP equipment and tools.
- To assist with the preparation, mobilization and demobilization of KOP equipment and tools.
- To assist with inventory control/management of KOP equipment and tools on customer locations. Maintain sufficient inventories onboard.
- Ensure all consignment spares, especially O-rings and rubber products are kept in the correct environmental location and in good condition.
- To assist with planning, equipment orders, and tool schedules.
- To create job reports (JSR’s) and well reports (WDSs), returning proper reports and paperwork to the Regional Service Office (Singapore).
- To check all equipment that arrives at the rig and confirms “fit for use”. Report any substandard issues to Regional Service Office.
- To ensure all the proper tools are available for maintaining and servicing equipment - make sure they are kept clean and stored for future jobs.
- To recommend best practices to improve safety and operational performance of equipment and procedures.
- To demonstrate through the example of high commitment and alignment with value of KOP Vision is to be the preferred partner for all stakeholders, through: HSE Mindset - Customer Drive - Hands-on Management - Delivering Results - Open and Direct Dialogue - People and Teams

**Required qualification**
- Diploma Engineering with 5 years experience in Wellhead and Xmas tree installation.
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to work varying hours day or night
- Below experience a plus but not required
- HP/HT equipment-20,000 to 30,000 psi
- Big Bore wellhead equipment-18 ¾”
- Splitter wellhead systems
- Mudline hangers
