**Role Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our BPO team. As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our clients and supporting various business functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle task assigned with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Willingness to work in shifts as required (Night/ Day)
- Night shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 PM
