Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns primarily on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget planning to meet campaign goals (leads, conversions, ROI).

Manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), including audience targeting, ad creation, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team for banner/video assets.

Analyze daily campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Manage remarketing and audience targeting strategies across Google platforms.

Assist in managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) as needed.

Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices in performance marketing.

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management.

Strong understanding of key digital metrics: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Experience working with landing pages, funnel optimization, and lead generation.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.

Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar is a bonus.
