**Digital Marketing Executive (Google Ads & Meta Ads)**

**Location**: In-person

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and managing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Support Meta Ads campaigns via Facebook & Instagram using Meta Business Suite.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization suggestions.
- Collaborate on ad creative testing to improve CTR and conversions.
- Report key metrics like ROAS, CPC, ACoS, and CTR.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates.

**What We're Looking For**
- **3 - 6 months of experience** in Google Ads or Meta Ads (internships count)
- OR strong foundational knowledge with a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager is a plus.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and tracking.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, growth-focused attitude.
