**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Performance Marketer** who lives and breathes paid media. Someone who not only knows their way around Meta and Google Ads but also understands how to turn clicks into meaningful leads and high-quality conversions. If you’ve mastered the art of **lead generation and shopping campaigns** and enjoy scaling results through smart strategies, we’d love to talk.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own and manage paid campaigns across **Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)** and **Meta Ads (Lead Generation, Shopping, Remarketing, Dynamic Product Ads)**.
- Develop and execute strategies for **lead generation and e-commerce growth**.
- Optimize campaigns daily to improve **ROI, CPL, and ROAS**.
- Craft compelling ad copy and creatives (in collaboration with our design/content team).
- Analyze campaign performance, create reports, and share insights that drive decisions.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams to align campaigns with business goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in **Google Ads and Meta Ads**.
- Strong track record of **generating high-quality leads** and scaling **shopping campaigns**.
- Deep understanding of **audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking**.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills - you can explain campaign performance in plain English.
- Growth-oriented, proactive, and always testing new ideas.
- Experience with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Experience managing large budgets across multiple geographies.
