Blueslag Technologies is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented **Performance Marketer** with 1-2 years of experience in paid marketing. If you have a solid understanding of running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - we’d love to have you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across **Meta Ads** (Facebook/Instagram) and **Google Ads**:

- Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA)
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
- Collaborate with the design/content team for ad creatives
- Provide performance reports and insights to guide decisions
- Stay up to date with ad platform updates and best practices

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads** platforms
- Experience with tools like **Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel**:

- Understanding of sales funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with eCommerce or lead-gen campaigns is a bonus

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

**Salary**
- ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
