**Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, advising on emerging technologies and digital transformation opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee technology budgets, investments, and ROI tracking.

**Technology Development & Innovation**:

- Direct the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions and products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to integrate advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, or automation.
- Drive innovation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

**Infrastructure & Security**:

- Oversee IT infrastructure management, including cloud, servers, networks, and enterprise systems.
- Establish robust cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Partner with vendors, technology partners, and consultants for effective solution implementation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 10-15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, and system architecture.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven track record of building and managing high-performing tech teams.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Successful delivery of technology projects within budget and timelines.
- Improvement in system performance, uptime, and security metrics.
- Implementation of innovative solutions driving business growth.
