- Identify and target potential buyers and investors through market research and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Present property details, benefits, and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and address client queries or concerns regarding the properties.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against sales goals.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and information as needed.
- Stay updated on client preferences and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
- Manage client databases and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
