**Qualifications**:

- **Licensing**: Must be licensed in the state of practice.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in real estate software and market analysis tools.
**Work Environment**: Real Estate Agents typically work in an office setting but spend a significant amount of time outside the office meeting clients and showing properties.
