**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property comparisons
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Coordinate and negotiate real estate transactions from start to finish
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Maintain a database of prospective and current clients using CRM tools
- Collaborate with brokers, mortgage lenders, inspectors, and attorneys as needed
- Prepare and review necessary documentation (e.g., purchase agreements, lease contracts)

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with MLS, CRM software, and real estate platforms
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks
