Having 2 years Edtech or Counselling experience into Sales or Tele-calling Background

They work with students individually and in groups to provide guidance and support. Responsibilities
- **Assess students**: Evaluate students' interests, abilities, and personality to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses
- **Create plans**: Develop personalized plans to help students achieve their goals
- **Provide information**: Inform students about career options, courses, and programs
- **Offer resources**: Provide resources and referrals to help students with personal issues
- **Collaborate with others**: Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop plans and improve learning
- **Conduct assessments**: Administer and interpret assessments like aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality tests
- **Develop programs**: Develop and implement academic and personal support programs
