IMTS Institute is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic **Education Counsellors** to guide and assist students in choosing the right educational programs. The role involves student interaction, understanding career goals, and recommending suitable courses based on their profile and interest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs
- Follow up on leads and maintain proper communication till conversion
- Explain course details, fee structures, and admission procedures
- Maintain and update student information in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team goals
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and target-driven attitude
- Ability to understand and empathize with student needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
- Well-organized and detail-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
