Brillio's relentless commitment to providing an exceptional experience to its Brillians and nurturing their full potential consistently garners them the Great Place to Work® certification year after year. **Required Skills: SAM, CMDB, ServiceNow** - Minimum 3 full ServiceNow implementations acting as an Architect. - Extensive experience with technical solution design and implementing SaaS and PaaS solutions, with specific Cloud implementation knowledge in architecting solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementations. - Experience in designing architecture & Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules (HAM, SAM, ITOM, Orchestration, CSDM) - Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON etc. - Micro-services architecture understanding and enterprise integration concepts. - Practical experience in common Automation and Orchestration Technologies in ServiceNow - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead assignments/teams and mentor others. - Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills. **ServiceNow Certifications**: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS - SAM/HAM/Discovery or in at least one module **Primary Skills**: - ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Integration **Specialization**: - SNOW Consulting: Senior Engineer, Digital Workplaces - ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS - ITSM/Discovery Know what it’s like to work and grow at Brillio: Click here
