**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Marketing Materials**: Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, product packaging, and more, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to develop cohesive visual concepts.
- **Maintain Brand Consistency**: Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and promote a strong, unified identity.
- **Develop Visual Concepts**: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas that support the company’s marketing objectives.
- **Adapt Designs for Multiple Platforms**: Customize visuals for print, digital, and multimedia formats.
- **Meet Project Deadlines**: Effectively manage time and multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs.
- **Design Proficiency**: Skilled in typography, color theory, layout design, and other fundamental design principles.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to revise and adjust designs based on feedback.
- **Problem-Solving**: Creative thinking to address design challenges and offer effective solutions.
- **Trend Awareness**: Up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
