Company Introduction:
Monoverse, is a company that deals into Diamond, lab-Diamond and Gemstone jewelry on online portals like Etsy, Instagram, Pinterest and Amazon to oversee clients. Our designs are mainly of a western markets. We take pride in creating and selling unique designs for our customers and give our customers an extraordinary experience that can make an everlasting impression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute tailored E-commerce strategies for selling jewelry on Etsy and other platform to maximize sales and business growth.
- Manage all aspects of our Etsy shop, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment for jewelry items.
- Optimize jewelry product titles, descriptions, and hashtags to improve search visibility and attract potential customers.
- Conduct regular analysis of shop performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimizing our creations and jewelry sales.
- Stay updated with jewelry designs trends, industry standards, and customer preferences to curate a captivating jewelry collection.
- Respond promptly yet professionally to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback related to jewelry products to provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborative tasks with jewelry designers, artisans, jewelry photographer to meet the time frame of our uploading goals.
- Monitor and analyze competitor's activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to identify unique selling propositions for our jewelry offerings.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in management or marketing or administration field.
- CAD + Matrix Jewelry course (Optional)
- Any extra curriculum activities (optional)
- Any Jewelry Course (Optional)

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer skills.
- Ability to understand the customer's needs and forward the work to our appointed designer.
- Keen eye for details.
- Basic Maths calculations, computer program like MS Excel.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics to curate visually appealing jewelry designs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage jewelry data on an assigned computer.
