**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including but not limited to:

- Social media graphics (posts, stories, ads)
- Website banners and landing pages
- Brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Infographics and data visualizations
- Branding materials (logos, letterheads, business cards)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audience.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Prepare and present design mock-ups and revisions.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of design assets.
- (Optional) Assist with video editing or motion graphics (depending on skill set).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.1
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of design principles (typography,2 colour theory, layout).
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and3 a passion for creating high-quality designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- (Optional) Experience in the financial industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
