**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience who is proficient in creating visually appealing designs across various mediums. As a Graphic Designer at Brahmveda Ventures, you will collaborate with our marketing, content, and product teams to produce engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create compelling and innovative visual designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, banners, brochures, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring designs are fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall visual communication.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, incorporating feedback to refine designs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and their design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
