**Job Summary**:
As a Commis 3, you will assist in basic food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and learn essential culinary skills. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in the culinary field, providing a platform to grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
- Assist in preparing sauces, marinades, and simple recipes as directed by senior kitchen staff.
- **Support in Kitchen Operations**:

- Provide general support to the kitchen team during service hours.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly and to the expected standard.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:

- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
- Handle waste management as per kitchen policies.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Observe and learn culinary techniques from senior team members.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training sessions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for the culinary arts and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required, but exposure to kitchen environments is an advantage.
- Culinary training or certification is a bonus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to handle kitchen demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
