**About The Role**:
You will play the key role of converting a complex business narrative into simple & crisp visuals that are understandable in the shortest time and recallable for the longest time.

✏️ What Your _Work_ Will Look Like:

- You will play the key role of converting complex business narratives into simple & crisp slides that are "understandable in the shortest time and recallable for the longest time"
- For each project, you'll be in charge of end-to-end execution, client management & communication.
- Each project typically lasts a month, so you’ll constantly be working on something new. You’ll work with some of the most interesting & innovative startups - _from_ those creating fin-tech solutions for Bharat to those building cutting-edge cybersecurity tech. There’s never a dull moment at _work_

Must-Have Attributes:

- Ability to Think Visually:
You can break down any information into simple, engaging visuals that make it easy for the audience to consume
- Understand Information Hierarchy:
You are able to understand different pieces of information & the relationship between them and can separate the signal _from_ noise.
- Mindset Geared Towards Problem Solving:
You understand that building presentations is about clarity & communication, than about creativity & novelty
- An Empathetic Mindset:
You are able to put yourself in the audience's shoes and judge if your visual is actually communicating the intended message and emotion
- End-to-End Project Leadership
The ability to manage & execute a project _from_ start to end, ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction
- A Desire to Learn & Grow.
You have a proactive approach to _work_ and continuously seek critical feedback

✏️ Stuff That Does NOT Matter To Us:

- _Work_ Experience
The number of years of experience is largely immaterial to us. Someone with just a few quality internships is good. So is someone with a decade long career. The quality of experiences definitely matters
- Experience Building Presentations
You totally read it right Experience in building investor decks or sales decks (or any kind of presentations for that matter) is not relevant
- Expertise in Tools
Any expertise in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc. does not matter to us. Our _work_ is skill-oriented, not tool-oriented

**Compensation: ₹6-12 LPA**:
The actual compensation really depends upon what you bring to the table.
