We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales Representative** to join our team. This role involves actively selling products, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact between the company and clients, providing solutions and driving growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate new leads and acquire new customers
- Promote and sell products to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Manage sales accounts and ensure timely order fulfillment
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in pharma
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel as required
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
