As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:
- System Administration:
Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all systems and data through regular monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.-
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions.-
- Network Management:- Configure, monitor, and optimize network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.-
- Implement and enforce network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard against unauthorized access and cyber threats.-
- User Support:- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries, issues, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.-
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively.-
- Data Backup and Recovery:- Implement and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or emergencies.-
- Conduct regular backups, testing, and restoration procedures to verify the integrity and reliability of backup systems.-
- IT Security:- Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.-
- Enforce IT security policies and procedures, conducting periodic audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.-
- Documentation and Training:- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.-
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT best practices, security awareness, and usage of IT resources effectively and securely.**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.-
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.-
- Strong technical proficiency in system administration, network management, and IT security.-
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).-
- Familiarity with networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.-
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.-
- Knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including access control, encryption, and authentication methods.-
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) will be considered a plus.
