We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled L2 Support Engineer to join our growing IT Helpdesk team in Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by providing advanced technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Handle a migration to a cloud active directory
- Migrate on prem Active Directory to a cloud
- New work accounts in Microsoft and Google
- SSO implementation and management
- MDM and remote troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2 support to end-users and resolve technical issues promptly.
- **Problem Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of reported issues to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with L1 support and escalate issues to appropriate teams if necessary.
- **Application Support**:

- **Hardware and Software Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related problems.
- Perform troubleshooting on various devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of support activities and resolutions. Document ITIL
- Contribute to the creation and update of knowledge base articles.
- **User Training**:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT systems and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure users are utilizing technology effectively.
- Must have Skills
- Proven experience in L2 support within an IT Helpdesk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- 3-4 years of experience with remote support tools.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
