**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for B2B sales and technical sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Leverage Salesforce or similar technology for tracking sales progress and managing client relationships
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in telemarketing, inside sales, and business development

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage effectively with clients through warm calling techniques
- Background in marketing or business development is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
