**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales and teleperformance team. The role involves handling inquiries, reaching out to potential buyers, and assisting them in choosing the perfect property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers regarding property inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about Sukoon Property’s projects.
- Generate leads and schedule property site visits.
- Follow up with clients and maintain a strong client database.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to the management.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

**Performance Metrics (KPIs)**:

- Number of calls made per day.
- Leads generated and converted into sales.
- Client satisfaction and follow-ups.
- Contribution to monthly sales targets.
