**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up to ensure conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Address customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and submit reports on call performance and lead conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (training will be provided).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
