As a Co-founder and COO, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company. You will work closely with the CEO and other co-founders to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations. This position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve the company's goals.
**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning and Execution:Collaborate with the CEO and other co-founders to define and execute the company's strategic vision.
Develop operational plans and strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards strategic goals.
Operational Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and teams.
Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Team Leadership and Management:Build and lead a high-performing operational team, including hiring, training, and managing employees.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and implement professional development plans for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Financial Management:Work closely with the CEO and CFO to develop and manage the company's budget and financial plans.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
Business Development and Partnerships:Identify and evaluate business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to negotiate and establish partnerships that drive company growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and suppliers.
Communication and Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports to the CEO and board of directors on operational performance and key initiatives.
Ensure effective communication across the organization, fostering transparency and alignment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a co-founder or executive-level leader in a startup or fast-growing organization.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and improve organizational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
