I’m embarking on an exciting journey to launch an Animation and VFX Studio and am in search of a visionary co-founder to bring this dream to life. If you're passionate about Japanese and Chinese anime, have a knack for visual innovation, and are looking to make a significant impact in the animation and VFX industry, let’s collaborate and turn imagination into stunning reality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-develop the company’s strategic vision and business model in close collaboration with the founding partner.
- Participate in fundraising efforts, including pitching to investors, crowdfunding, and exploring other financing options.
- Drive the recruitment, development, and leadership of a high-caliber team that shares the company’s vision and culture.
- Oversee the production pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, on schedule, and within budget.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients, collaborators, and partners within the animation, film, and technology sectors.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

- A strong background in AI, VFX, 2D, and 3D animation, or related fields, with a portfolio/demo reel to showcase your expertise.
- Entrepreneurial experience is preferred, particularly in startups or business development roles, with a proven ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
- A visionary thinker with the creative prowess to dream big and the technical skills to execute those visions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative and innovative company culture.
- Experience in fundraising and financial planning for new ventures is highly desirable.
- Flexibility and resilience, with a readiness to tackle the challenges of starting a company from the ground up.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
