**About Us**:
One Oath Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to social development and integration. We believe in the power of collective action to uplift underprivileged individuals and communities across India. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty and social isolation, offering hope and opportunities for a better future.

**Your Role**:
As Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and leading initiatives that drive meaningful change. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs focused on healthcare, education, women's empowerment, environmental conservation, and community development.

**This role is unpaid until sufficient funds are secured**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve our mission and vision
- Build partnerships with stakeholders, donors, and volunteers
- Oversee the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Lead fundraising efforts to secure resources for our programs
- Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies and NGOs
- Provide leadership and mentorship to our team members

**Qualifications**:

- Strong passion for social impact and a commitment to our mission
- Proven leadership experience in a non-profit or social enterprise setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing circumstances
- Experience in fundraising and donor relations is a plus
