Edtech Sales Tele Caller (Work from Home)
**Position: Edtech Sales Tele Caller (FULL TIME)**
**Location: Work from Home**
**Salary: INR 10,000 per month**
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented individual to join our team as an Edtech Sales Tele Caller. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our Edtech products and services, and generating sales leads. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches about our Edtech products and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement effective sales strategies.
Stay informed about the latest features, benefits, and updates of our Edtech products and services.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the ability to articulate product features and benefits.
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the Edtech industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Target-driven and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Ability to handle objections and rejection positively and persistently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Daily Reporting:
Prepare a daily report highlighting the number of calls made, leads generated, appointments scheduled, and sales closed.
Provide updates on any challenges faced or feedback received from customers during the telecalling process.
Share insights and suggestions for improving sales performance and customer engagement.
**Salary**:
The salary for this position is INR 10,000 per month, payable on a monthly basis.
**Note: This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work a fixed number of hours per day. The exact work schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
