As a Tele Caller at Swizzdigi Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and promoting our IT products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall sales efforts of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Swizzdigi's IT products and services.

2. Explain the features and benefits of our solutions to prospects and address any inquiries they may have.

3. Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and probing techniques.

4. Set appointments for our sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects.

5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and prospects in our CRM system.

6. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely and effective communication.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

8. Stay informed about Swizzdigi's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.

9. Adhere to company scripts and guidelines for communication to maintain consistency and professionalism.

10. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
