**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Franchise Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to support franchise operations, onboard new franchisees, and ensure the seamless execution of franchise agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Franchise Development**:

- Identify potential franchise partners and pitch the business model to prospective franchisees.
- Assist in finalizing franchise agreements and onboarding new partners.
- **Operational Support**:

- Coordinate with franchisees to ensure they follow company standards for operations, branding, and quality.
- Provide training and support for newly launched franchise outlets.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Conduct market research to identify locations with franchise growth potential.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain accurate records of leads and progress.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure franchise partners adhere to company policies and maintain brand consistency across all outlets.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with franchise partners.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills **in Telugu and English;**proficiency in **Tamil** is a plus.
