**Job Overview**:
The Sales Officer for Kaolin Turnkey Projects will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the sales of our kaolin turnkey solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of kaolin processing, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception through to completion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the kaolin industry, including mining companies and industrial processors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for kaolin turnkey projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the kaolin sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and project plans to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- **Technical Expertise**:
- Develop a thorough understanding of kaolin processing technologies, equipment, and turnkey solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to the kaolin projects.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that may impact project delivery.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and project updates for management.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on turnkey projects or the mining/mineral processing industry.
- Strong understanding of kaolin processing, equipment, and industry-specific challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage complex sales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project oversight.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with kaolin processing equipment and turnkey solutions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
