**Job description**
**Tele-Counselor Job Description**:
SpeedJet Aviation is seeking a telecounselor to join our team at our branch in **Andheri (West), Mumbai**. As a Tele-counselor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our training programs for Cabin Crew, Pilots, and Ground Staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our training programs
- Answer questions about our training programs and provide information to customers
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our training programs
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by management
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a Tele-Counselor or similar role. **Freshers also can apply.**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- High school at least.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
