**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and explain the company’s courses and offerings.
- Counsel students on call regarding suitable career programs based on their interests and goals.
- Follow up with leads and encourage students to visit the center for further discussions.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calls, visits, and admissions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in tele-counseling, telesales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.
- Passion for the education/training industry.
