**Job Title**: Senior E-commerce Executive
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the company website.
- Analyze sales data, performance reports, and consumer trends to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, digital marketing campaigns, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely order processing, returns, and customer service management.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on e-commerce performance.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a senior/executive role.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead junior team members.
